I battled a sugar addiction, and am currently on a low sugar diet. I have come to the conclusion that added dietary sugar is one of the worst things you can do to to hurt your body with food. After keeping a low sugar diet, sugar has lost it’s magical appeal. I encourage you to read, learn, and keep your sugar low for optimum health.
