This is a very quick and easy recipe that makes 6-8 servings. The flavor combination, while a bit unique, is very satisfying.
I'm totally in love with this dish right now. It's simple, quick, and bursting with flavor. It would be easy to change up the recipe a bit to put your own twist on it too.
The lime cilantro rotel gives this a great flavor, and the grape tomatoes add a wonderful texture.
This is awesome. But you get extra calories with your calories, and then crumbly calories on top of that. Yeah..... This is a once a year thing for me....
