Starting Fresh!

I started my day with Yoga. What a great way to start a day.

My smoothie was slowly savored shortly after, and my night at work has been non-memorable -which is a good thing. Every now and then chaos happens, and every now and then that chaos is very interesting, but I don’t sit around and hope for interesting chaotic days/nights.

There’s snow on the ground here. Very lovely even though it’s just a thin blanket. I’m looking forward to the morning drive home. The sun rising with a snow covered gorgeous landscape.

I’m not much for words right now. I just am. I’m here. And I am relaxing in my final hour of work.

I plan to start my final two days of work like I did today. Yoga. Breathe. Smoothie. Breathe. Blog writing, blog reading. Breathe. Nice, relaxing, lovely “morning” before I have to compile my food and work stuffs.

As I mentioned yesterday, I wrote a page for the Humans and NonHumans in My Life. Always subject to changes, but that readers have a reference.

Here are some simple Gratitude’s:

1: A Deep Breath. Slowly and consciously taken. What a great feeling!

2: A Clear Starry Sky. The stars are very bright on a clear winter night at the cabin. I’ve always had an interest in being an amateur astronomer. Ever since I was 12. Maybe one day I’ll get a decent telescope!

3: Basic Security. There are so many basic securities I have just by living in the US. So many others aren’t as fortunate for something many of us don’t even fully comprehend.
