Catching Up After My Husband Distraction. :-p

Posted on 27 October 2010 by sie

I’ve been enjoying spending time with my husband now that he’s back from his trip, so my posting has become a victim of my procrastination. Ha. My last few days of my break were fairly on target with calories, but the nutrition was a bit off because we decided to enjoy some Thai food.

Yesterday was my first day back at work, which ended up being a higher calorie day because I didn’t sleep enough. If I don’t get enough sleep, I have a ravenous appetite. This seems to be a consistent fact in my diet. Often this type of thing happens when I rotate back to the day shift, and as much as I try to plan my sleep cycle, it just doesn’t always happen as it needs to.

Today, though, I am functioning off of an appropriate amount of sleep, so I expect the day to go smoothly. :-0

Here’s my average over the past 4 days. The total was brought up by yesterday’s calorie count which was almost 1800.  So, let’s do this thing because I have work to do today.
