Beet Carrot Kale Lemon Juice

As requested, here is how I make my beloved Beet Carrot Kale Lemon Juice, complete with juicy pictures.

Beet Carrot Kale Lemon Juice

(serves 1)

400-500g Organic Carrots
200-300g Beet Root (organic if possible)
80-90g Kale
1 Whole Lemon
Stevia
Ice

Juice ingredients by alternating ingredients though the juicer, and juicing the kale with the carrots. Run the pulp though the juicer 3-4 times to get as much juice out as possible. Add stevia and ice to juice in a jar, close jar and shake well, drink. YUMMMMMMY.

Firt pass though the juicer.

After 3rd pass. Notice how pulp sticks together.

Ready to drink!

    Yes, lemons are the secret. Without the lemon, the beets would be overwhelming. But these flavors all together with the stevia (or some other no-cal sweetener) make for an awesome juice!
