This is a 6 serving recipe. Simple, and very spiced up. It’s very strong on the nutmeg and cloves. I think I will scale back the cloves and nutmeg the next time. My first thought was that I over did it, but the strong flavors quickly became somewhat addicting. So….who knows.
Autumn Peach & Pumpkin Oats
(6 servings)
210g Organic Rolled Oats
960g Frozen Peaches
366g Canned Pumpkin, No Salt
60g Wheat Bran
6g Cinnamon
2g each Cloves, Nutmeg
Stevia
Water
Boil down peaches, mash. Stir in pumpkin and spices. Add oats, bran, and sufficient water. Allow to slowly cook over ~30-40min. Add additional water if needed. Stir in stevia to taste.

This sounds wonderful and I love pumpkin so I’m going to have to make some of this yummy sounding food.

Just consider how much you like cloves. I will probably add half next time, and do a taste test before I decide if I want to add the other gram (or part of it)
