Well, I already wrote about my Thai experience, so this is basically just a food update. Since my restaurant excursion used up a lot of calories, my nutrition was a little off yesterday. My calories were on target though, since I didn’t try to make up for lost nutrition.
My doctor visit went well yesterday. He decided to keep my medication levels were they are since my symptoms are being well controlled with the current levels, AND I am having much much fewer side effects since the change last week. I sometimes almost forget now that I am on a bunch of meds. :-D My next visit is two weeks away just to make sure I’m still doing fine with my medication, if so the visits will start spacing out more. My weight is starting to come down again after ballooning up to around 131lbs. I’ve been somewhat embarrassed and depressed about that, so I haven’t mentioned it directly. I’ve just mentioned my appetite problems. But now that is resolving itself with my medication change. Today I was 129lbs. So, I am slowly on my way back down again. Ya!
