I made this because I was out of ginger and so was Wegman’s. Ha. Not only am I making this my current juice, but QB also likes it too. REALLY! He wants me to make him some when I make mine. Wow.  While he expressed that the flavor was unlike anything he’d ever tasted, he said is was somewhat addicting. Score. The lemon is what seals the deal for him. Enjoy.

Beet Lemon Carrot Kale Juice

(serves 1 large or 2 small)

~450-500g Organic Carrots
~90G Kale
1 Med Beet (~200-250g)
1 Lemon
stevia

Juice all ingredients in a juicer, add stevia to taste, and shake over ice to cool. Yum.
