Hemp Squared Strawberry Smoothie III

I never put the original recipe on here because I was still modifying it, but I have finally settled on one. The hemp milk and almond milk give it a rich nutty flavor, and help the nutritional profile with their added vitamins and minerals. I started adding the almond milk because it’s additional Vitamin E. The hemp milk and flax oil give me a nice dose of omega3 and omega6. The strawberries pair wonderfully with the hemp, too.

Hemp Squared Strawberry Smoothie III

(1 serving)

1C Hemp Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
1/2C Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
20g Nutiva Hemp Protein Powder + Fiber
8g Flax Oil, Spectrum Organic
275g Frozen Strawberries (substract 50g for a less think smoothie)
