As I promised in my last post, each CRON-O-Meter month (starting when I started using CRON-O-Meter in Feb) is going to get reviewed and critiqued. I’m just going to dive into the categories now, and we will see where this goes. :-)

Since I have already looked at the totality that was May, April looks a little more interesting. Some of my rare or more offensive foods (ginger candy, apple fritter, chips), haven’t made much if any of an impact in May. I did start to eat/snitch more rice cracker, hummus, and falafel in May than in April. I need to make MY OWN snitch/treat food to keep around so I can reach for that instead of QB’s things. I can definitely see a pattern here.
A lot of my stables have stayed the same. My more recent “stir-fry” and wrap recipes added to the differences between April and May. Now, let’s talk numbers…..
The average calories are actually lower, and this is closer to where I would like to keep my calories. The overall sugar and starch are both higher, but not by much. Fat is lower, but I knew this and intentionally raised it during May. My vitamins and minerals look fine. My Leucine and Methionine are both actually slightly low in April than in May, but not by much.
The biggest change I see in the details is my poor Omega-3 and slightly low Omega-6 intake. I have intentionally focused on increasing these in May.
