Quickie Update with Numbers

Posted on 24 April 2010 by sie

I just wanted to post a quick update. The past few days I have been off and busy, so I haven’t had much time to write. A friend is staying with us right now, so that is somewhat distracting too. My numbers are looking about like what they did last time. I am still keeping the cals low, sugar low, and fiber high. I am not having seriously hunger or uncontrollable cravings – or any really.

Oh, and my weight keeps slowly ticking down. My BMI this morning was 19.0, which corresponds to 125lbs for my 5’8″ self. It feels good to be at the point where I don’t have problems keeping my calories consistently low. Prior to this point, I could keep my cals low for the work week, but I would have problems on my days off. This oatmeal, bean, low sugar, higher carb approach seems to be working right now. I have still been eating the same foods though, so I need to get some more omega-3 in there. Chock it up my distractedness.

Anywho, here is the 3 day average from my CRON-O-Meter for the 21st-23rd. :-)
