While I love my raspberry chia pudding, I felt the need to get creative and find a new chia based pudding. Since I haven’t used my raw cacao powder much, I decided I needed to put it to good use and make a chocolate pudding. I knew I couldn’t just combine the cacao and chia and get something tasty, so I added some banana to give the pudding a creamy texture and an added flavor dimension. This pudding is so quick and simple, just like the raspberry one. Hope y’all enjoy.

Raw Vegan Chocolate Pudding (serves 2)
2 Medium bananas (~200g)
14g Raw Cacao Powder
40g Chia Seeds
1.5C Water
Stevia
Combine water, banana, cacao, and stevia in blender and liquefy. Pour over chia seeds in a seal-able container, stir and shake well to combine seeds and pudding mix. Allow to sit in fridge for at least an hour.
