Knock You Down Wasabi Cocktail Sauce

Since I have been eating shrimp lately, I wanted something to dip them in. I made that other tropical sauce, but I wanted something more like a cocktail sauce. However, I decided this late one evening and didn’t want to run all the way to the store for a couple of ingredients, so I got creative. I think this sauce is really good, and QB has taken to dipping all sorts of things besides shrimp in it. Cauliflower, asparagus, it’s all game for him. Oh, and it is very low calorie to boot! The funny thing, it that it is a sauce made of sauces….ha. Substitute different brands where you need to, I realize this will be somewhat location specific to *exactly* replicate it.

Knock You Down Wasabi Cocktail Sauce

1/4C Walden Farms Ranch Dressing
1/4C Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce, Wegmans
2t Soy Sauce
1t Very Hot BBQ Sauce
1.5t Wasabi Powder

Just mix all in a bowl. This makes enough for QB and I to eat one meal of shrimp and still dip a few veggies. We like the spice and the wasabi rush, but you can tone it down if you need to.
